[Tuxmath-devel] FPS timing, CLI param beginnings

I have some patches against tuxmath (older snapshot but it may still be fine) that do some fps timing cleanup and the beginnings of cli paramerters that have been sitting on my harddrive since last semester.

would you guys like me to submit them anyway?
