I hope it's not too wordy, but I feel it's important to explain everything 
that we've discussed to date in it.

Note that the numbers right now /are fake/. I just did them in a text editor 
to see what the result page would look like with some arbitrary votes (in 
other words, when we announce this for real, we will zero the votes back down 
again).

Let me know what you guys think. I am planning on announcing this poll either 
Friday Oct. 5th, or Monday Oct. 8th (depending on whether we do anothe 
release or not ;-)
