But we would probably want to avoid calling the comets "spit" for ... erm... obvious reasons ;-) > but I agree we should give it some time before we decide 100% what we want > to do. I am actually feeling much better today than I did yesterday (I've been at the computer most of the day, and have been playing Rune for a bit of it [ug... I was hoping for more from this game ;-) ] so I've avoided the TV). I think that we will probably be able to recover from this shock, and make appropriate decisions within a week or so. > >If we do put it on hold, there are several other possible projects in the > >pipeline we could work on. The only problem there is that I am yet to contact the creator of the song we wanted to use for it (and, this is kind of important, as most of you know, because the game was really inspired from the song ;-) I have tried, but I can't seem to get through to this Skaven person (if anyone else has had any success, please let me know). > >again... Thx. Yeah I'm sure there are a lot of designers who have been faced with equally (or even more) depressing thoughts because they have created things that hit so close (I'd imagine that whomever made the final levels in Twisted Metal Black is probably wracked with grief over the whole thing.... And I would be most surprised if the levels weren't removed in the upcoming internet version...) -- Sam "Criswell" Hart <cri...@ge...> AIM, Yahoo!: <criswell4069> Homepage: < http://www.geekcomix.com/snh/ > PGP Info: < http://www.geekcomix.com/snh/contact/ > Tux4Kids: < http://www.geekcomix.com/tux4kids/ > |
