[Tuxmath-devel] testers

I'd like to add info. on the playtesters to the credits screen.
I know some folks (Greg and Calvin) are having teachers/students test
it.  At the very least, it'd be nice to include the school names.

Please send 'em as you get 'em, and I'll add them to src/credits.c
