Whenever new directories are added to the repository, cvs update wont grab 
them. (You need a CVS subdir in each working directory for cvs update to work 
in it).

Uhm.... you need to do an extra command (I think another "checkout") but I 
can't recall what it is off the top of my head. I'm sure it's in the CVS book 
(which I dont have at hand right now).
