Our site is not as friendly as it could be (there are some folks working on 
improving it, however).

Click on "released files" (over on the right hand side)
Scroll down to find your "platform" (Windows? MacOSX?) and click on the latest 
release (which is the top file in each category).

From there, it should be just like installing any other software on your 
platform.
