[Tuxletics-devel] New zip fixes a bug on Windows

I've just uploaded Tuxletics_0.1.0a_win32.zip that includes the README 
file that was missing from the 0.1.0 zip. This resulted in a crash if 
"About" was choosen in the main menu.
