[TuxKart-devel] CVS commits via email.

I think I've successfully enabled the option to send CVS commits
to the 'tuxkart-cvs' mailing list.

It takes SourceForge a day or two to process a new mailing list,
so you may not be able to subscribe to it until maybe Monday
sometime.

I should warn you that I'm a 'commit early, commit often' kind of
person - so there will be considerable traffic on that list when
we get going.   Don't say I didn't warn you!

Don't worry, the supertux cvs list was quite busy during it's peak
times :) Also, commit early, commit often is the best way to go with
multiple dev's
