Okay, I've setup another wiki on my berlios page:

http://netpanzer.berlios.de/tuxkart/index.php/HomePage

I tried to setup some hirarchical strucure for the page and filled in some 
example texts about how the race shoudl starts and some TCP vs. UDP 
discussions. If you want to edit stuff then you have to login to the wiki 
(no registartation per e-mail stuff, just leave your name). Take a look 
at the "How To" page for details.

I'm stuffing in as much content as I can from our discussions and elsewhere.

When writing WIKI pages, please try not to express only your own viewpoint
if something is still in debate.  People will read this and see it as fact,
so if you only present your side of the story, you are doing everyone a
mis-service.
