ANNOUNCING: TuxKart 0.0.5 and TuxAQFH 1.0.15.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

There are no major changes in either of these games - the new release
is simply to bring them up to speed with the latest revision of PLIB
and to cover some compilation problems that have been experienced
with more recent versions of Linux, OpenGL and GCC.

These versions both require PLIB 1.4.0 or later.
