PLIB needs to be installed ('make install') - it goes into /usr/include/plib and /usr/lib

Tuxkart can be run from where ever you build it - you just do 'make' and not bother with
'make install'.  From the main TuxKart directory, just run 'src/tuxkart' and it should
be OK.
