[TuxKart-users] wrong place for tux ?

installed tuxkart home/myname/ and did the same with plib.   can i move these cause they are not working here?   i am thinking usr/games?   it is installed in home but will not work from there it seems   or i just don't know how to get this thing to work       anyhelp      is  help
