Its a global sourceforge thing, doesn't have anything todo with this
particular mailinglist.

Its something your provider needs to fix, spamcop is just blocking
sites which have send spam, if your provider stops sending spam,
spamcop will stop blocking it so complain to your provider or switch
to another provider.
