sorry about that,
i was busy with other things when making that commit,
and have been busy w/ university since
(i expect the same is true for quite a few others,
since IRC and the mailing-lists have been very quiet
the last so many days)

the Player class adds per player names (only used in
the control configuration gui currently), and the
saving and loading of the control configuration
(though i haven't sorted out the joystick use yet).
the only other problem w/ it is that the defaults are
currently loaded outside of the Config class, and they
are loaded AFTER the config file is loaded. so the
control is defaulted every time you start tuxkart. not
a hard thing to fix, but i've been busy (and no-one
else had the code).
