OK - opinion is clearly against me here - so I give up.  I don't agree
with having layer upon layer of single-option pages for the GUI when
a single page would do the job just as well, but nobody else is
speaking up for me so I'll shut up and let you guys get on with it.

BUT - you have to do this with the PLIB GUI.   TuxKart builds with
just one external dependancy - and I want to keep it that way.  I
already maintain one GUI toolkit - I'm not going to add another.

If you go and stick some other library in there, I'll be the one
who has to maintain it for years to come, so the very first thing that
would happen on the day the GoTM would leave would be that I'd have to
rip it all out again and put back the present GUI.  That's a promise.

So - by all means make your multi-layer joystick-compatible
GUI - but do it using the PUI library please.  If there is something
you need that PUI can't do - we'll find a way to do it - but that's
not likely to happen IMHO.
