[TuxKart-devel] A BSOD Kart.

Attached is my son's first effort at a BSOD kart.  It needs lots of work yet and
would need some animation effort to produce little electrical discharges from
dangling cables, a spinning power supply fan, rotating wheels (possibly wobbly),
and flashing LED's where appropriate.
