[Tuxcap-general] [tuxcap - Help] Can't find imagemagick on ubuntu 9.04

I've been trying to install tuxcap for the past hour or so. I've installed every
imagemagick related package i can find in the repositories, but I still get
this error when trying to build.

examples

CMake Error at tuxcap/CMakeLists.txt:82 (MESSAGE):
  lib ImageMagick requested but not found.
