On the "Installing bootloader" step, Tuxboot shows 'Running special
G:\utils\win32\syslinux.exe on G:'. At this point I get a popup with a title
of "c:\temp" and text of "This file does not have a program associated with
it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is
already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control
    panel"

Hi there I have the same issue when using Tuxboot to create an installation from downloaded ISO (windows 10)

    'Running special I:\utils\win32\syslinux.exe on I:'

    error displayed is
"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel"

I have used Tuxboot 0.8.2 and Tuxboot 0..8.1, I have ran this as administrtor and tried it on another computer with exactly the same result everytime

There are a number of items I have read with this error but none of the discussions has fixed my problem

    any suggestions ?

    thanks Jason

I fisinsh my windows 10 test, and work well.

    I get Windows10_InsiderPreview_x64_ZH-TW_10074.iso and install windows10.
    then, I install tuxboot 0.8.2.
attach usb disk and run tuxboot, select clonezilla stable, select usb (E:), "start"

After tuxboot finish, use the usb key to open clonezilla well.

by the way, tuxboot only support Linux distributions like clonezilla, gparted ....
I can't understand is tour question is convert "windows ISO" to usb key ? or ....

please check tuxboot.org first, thank you.
