Here are some small issues I encountered here:
(I'm using Mint 17.1 x64 KDE).
1) Wrong version indicator.
I installed Tuxboot from the PPA.
It indicates v.0.7.
Windows version, correctly identifies as v.0.8
2) It doesn't offer the restart option.
Not important. You can always hit ctrl-alt-del, for your own. :-)
I had the same problems, compiling from source.
3) And a couple of dead links:
a) On page http://tuxboot.org/download/ , the "Source files on Git repository" redirects you on a blank page.
Not important. Source files are on Download page, for every version.
b) INSTALL file (from source code package), prompts you (for installation details) to http://tuxboot.wiki.sourceforge.net/compile, which returns a 404 error.
Not important. Installatrion instructions from the above file, are enough for a successful compilation.
That's for now. Bye! :-)
