qmake TuxBjj.pro or /usr/lib/qt5/bin/qmake TuxBjj.pro (it depends about your system)
make

How to run:
./TuxBjj

you should install Qt5 and Qt Creator from http://www.qt.io/download/ i am sorry if i do not make miniplayer in windows OS, but if you are a good FOss developer you can add it and do not forget to compile libvlc with mingw.
