#24 Firefox 2.0.0.3 minor problems of compatibility

Seems like firefox isn't working very well with tustena 3.9. On the quote editing you can't open the popaddproduct. I've fixed this sending the event to the javascript function.
The impersonating in the agenda doesn't call the ImpButtonOn. I've fixed it changing the button type from LinkButton to Button.

I' fixed some user interface problems with recurrence in Appointments, events and meetings.
