TurtolCMS 0.5.18 Available

TurtolCMS is a powerful, flexible Web content management system. The newest version, 0.5.18, is now available.

1. Images smaller than 68 by 68 pixels can be uploaded
2. Validation improved throughout
3. HTML entities now handled properly by the Editor
