#45 Produce documentation for DBI objects

I bet it wouldn't be too hard to autogenerate pod
documentation for the Model layer. I think this would
be really helpful when end users customize their
website. It would also be helpful for people using the
SOAP interface or using the Model objects outside the
context of Turnkey. We could even autogenerate a WSTL
for the SOAP users. Someone should look into updating
the meta templates to produce these.
