Turnero 3 is fully configurable, because it is designed to fit any customer requirement.

In the menu you can enable and configure the following items:

Image and logo: You assign a promotional image and the location within the screen.
Video: You assign a promotional video and location within the screen.
HTML Page: You can associate an HTML page with content, eg Twitter, News, Weather, YouTube Video, etc.

Setup

Turnero 3 is completely changeable, in the setup menu you can make the following adjustments:

Groups: Up to 12 simultaneous counters on a single screen.
History: Displays the last 5 calls.
Customers: up to 99 simultaneous clients.
Display: Adjust location and colors of all items on the screen.
Sound Alerts: Assigns an alert tone to each call or configures the caller, which a synthesized voice will read the number called.
XML Outputs: If you do not use the main window, XML is generated with all the data of the counters, which can be run on a webpage (PHP, ASP, etc.).
Skin: Turner 3 has the ability to assign a background image to the main screen.

Display

Turnero 3 offers the possibility to modify the design of Turnero Server and TicketDispenser from a hidden menu.
Ticket Dispenser

It is the self-service module which the user can choose between the on-screen buttons, a group to be serviced.

Design: The module is composed of images which can be modified according to the needs of the client.
Database: The database function works together with the client and limits the calls only to the pending tickets to be called.
Printing: The module uses the default system printer and prints tickets according to the selected group on the screen.
Touch Screen: It is possible to use this module in touch screens.
