    Is it possible to clear the mmcache with a cronjob?

      Yes it is possible, but more better to make "clean" instead "clear". You can use the "curl" proram for that.

      curl -d "clean=1" http://adminname:adminpassword@localhost/admin/mmcache.php

      curl -d "clear=1" http://adminname:adminpassword@localhost/admin/mmcache.php

      How can I start this with the Commandline Interface from PHP?

      Like: php mmcache.php

        You can create the POST request to mmcache.php with "curl" or "socket" extension or use the "curl" program.

        system('curl -d "clean=1" http://adminname:adminpassword@localhost/admin/mmcache.php');
