#102 handling of command line executable php-code

Hi,

the handling of php-code which is an executable and
startable from command line should be changed:

The first line, for example
#!/usr/local/bin/php

should remain in the first line and should not be
encrypted.

Otherwise the file is not executable any more and the
line must be inserted manually again and will be
displayed if already encrypted.
