Hello,
Pylons have merged together with repoze.bfg to create a pyramid framework. Since turbogears2 uses pylons as its base will the turbogears2 continue the path of integration and replace the now old parts of pylons with pyramid 1.3 or newer?

Can we come up with a breakdown of what would need to be done?
A time frame of which version this could be included? 2.2? 2.3?
Organize few hackathons and ask turbogears and pyramid/pylons mailings lists for help in conversion process.

Can hackathon be done July, August,Septmeber, and new turbogers version released in November?

    This has already been discussed on the ML and work has already been done to let TurboGears work without requiring Pylons or any other underlying framework.

    Could you point me to a discussion? What was the resolution? Yes pyramid will be merged in? or no turbogears will split from the pylons merge?
