#97 Documents-BACKORDER Partial delivery by creditor

We have backorder functionality to debtors, but we mis
backorder functionality for creditors.
When a partial delivery is done by your creditor, you
want to book your inventory in with the quantity
delivered. When there is lower quantity delivered as
ordered, the system should propose to make a backorder
for the missing quantity ordered.
Now we have to make it manually.
