#100 Create cash sales invoices from receipts batch

We should be able to select cash received in the the
receipts batch and convert them into cash sales
invoices.

Ideally this feature should have the type of [CTRL]
+click select function that you get when you [ctrl]+P
so that you can select the items that you want for
conversion.

Further we should have the ability to name a range of
these selected receipts eg. Subscription 1.

This kind of feature will make TurboCASH Attractive to
any business wishing to handle subscriptions that they
receive in their bank statement via debit order
