TurboCASH 4 as offered here is GPL 2. If you can tell me what you are trying to do I will see if I can help you. Be specific about what pieces of code you need.

I would like to add General Ledger functionality to my product offering, all written in delphi which I am busy converting to Freepascal/Lazarus source code. So, I would be interested in all code which exetues General Ledger functionality. I will have to modify the code extensively to fit into my data model and styling.
I hope this info is adequuate for you to be able to consider my enquiry.

Just an additional comment. My products would not really compete with TurboCash per se, since it is targeted at highly specialised industries and has its own inevtory, debtors, manufaturing, POS, etc. etc. - I need only a General Ledger. I have theknowledge to develop a GL from scratch but thats not really an area I want to focus on - it iis just that Sage Pastel has become to expensive. I have considered TurboCash interfacing, but would prefer it to be more tightly integrated for various reasons such as data structure, common data-base, real-time financial statements & reporting (war-room projections, budgeting) etc etc.
It would be diffiicult to produce a stand-alone modified TurboCash interfacing to my software solution. I cannot opensource my solution as it makes use of proprietary components, This means I cannot use GPL2 software and would need a commercial license.

The GPL repstrictions are pretty tough (imposed by me I know). That is why I have a commercial version where I don't have these restrictions. It bringsfinancialissues,. But we can over come them.
Email me on philip@pinksoft.co.za and we can work out a deal.
