#446 Budget Figures Removed Edit Ation -> Accounts Screen

Action → Accounts - Budget Figures Removed
The budget on the Action → Accounts (right-hand side of account list) replicated strange figures - do not know which year. (also applicable to TurboCASH4 in Edit -> Accounts)
You may generate budget listing reports on the T-Ledger Analyser:

1. Tick Budget on the Report Options for the following reports:
   Trial Balance
   Income Statement
   Balance Sheet
2. Budget vs Actual
