#6 Histogram/PieChart - show data for subrange of time

Right now they always show data from time 0; instead allow them to show data for a subrange. This should be implementable by keeping the data for the start time and subtracting.

Probably want to integrate this with time sync, but it is a little unclear how to decide what the user really wants to happen.
