#15 Ices has a tendency to die

Since Ices has a tendency to die, I added a wrapper
script. (I know, not the fanciest solution) that restarts
Ices when it crashes.

Two things are added:
1) A wrapper setting in the config file
2) How tunez finds the right process to send the sigint
to when skipping songs.

Is it possible this is because ices was attempting to play
ogg vorbis instead of mp3 files? This is now fixed in CVS
so ices.pm only subscribes to mp3 files even if users vote
    for ogg vorbis songs.

I'm going to keep this patch open for a while and see if
these problems go away or not (I'm also going to let ices
    run all night :) )

You might have forgotten to check if ices has actually
died? Running this patch means there will be plenty of ices
processes finally screwing up the whole box ;)
