#12 holyshout patch for tunezd.php

I pulled my hair out, couldnt get icecast2 working so I
hacked the php daemon to use holyshout with the winamp
shoutcast server. You will just need to change the -b
128 to your bitrate of choice and also change the path
in tunezd.php to your proper path. I hope someone else
benifits from this patch, please use this under the
authors license, the GNU GPL. I havent bothered
getting filenames to work in streaming.
