#1 [from mb bug page] not finding a track!

I am using tune-tagger.
Yesterday i added an album to musicbrainz.org (well i
added about 20)
but with one band, "brutal attack" some songs, are just
not getting picked up.
For example

(A Wounded Man)
http://www.musicbrainz.org/showtrack.html?trackid=954224
from the album
(Lost and found)
http://www.musicbrainz.org/albumdetail.html?albumid=108059
and the band
(Brutal Attack)
http://www.musicbrainz.org/showartist.html?artistid=72835

Here is what happens:

//Leaving it be...

Another strange thing is that some of the songs from this
same album, got registered!

running file on it says
MP3, 160 kBits, 44.1 kHz, JStereo

This also happened on another band, "skrewdriver" for
ex. where none of the tracks got picked up at all, and it
seems to not care whether the album is freedb'ed or put
in by hand, i fed by hand the brutal attack ones, and
imported the skrewdriver ones =[
