Implemented signals to trigger rendering events (instead of launching a new thread each time).
Various Graphics improvements.

Tune is a note/chord detecting program for use with guitars, pianos, or voices.

Tune has been re-written to now use c++ and consequentially has a much cleaner codebase.

New features of 0.3 also include a background-noise remover and some updated graphics.

*Threaded audio buffering (no more awful delay)
