The Unified Configuration System / News: Recent posts

Tucs 0.6.9 has been released.

I thought a release will not hurt anybody, and may be even useful to some.
So I did this *initial* release.
Yupee! It's still rough, and the Developers' Guide is still missing, but it is a good start.
BTW, there's nothing new relative to what had been in CVS for some time now.

Current expanded documentation is available online at
http://tucs.sourceforge.net/documentation/
and also released as a package.
This is in preparation of the current state of the sources, as version 0.7.

TUCS kickoff

The Unified Configuration System is officially started! The idea is to create a specification of a method for configuring a Linux system that is easy to use, intuitive, and most of all CONSISTENT! I started this project to give developers a configuration system that supports their needs as well as the administrator that will configure their software. Here are the goals for the project:
