I made some refactoring changes, I hope I didn't break anything. Bill, I
had a conflict in app.rb, but I think I merged your changes correctly.
Please, check, if your last patch is still in.
BTW, the entry point now is in tuckerella.rb, so:
% ruby ./tuckerella.rb
and not
% ruby ./app.rb
We should also remove the gmailer distribution from the svn. There is an
option using rubygems to include a module and then it is fetched at
run-time automagically; I will have a look into.
