Version v0.20 released with new version numbering scheme.

Version v0.20 of ttylog was released on 29 January 2013, which implemented a change to using m.n.p version naming; where "m" is the major version number, "n" is the minor version number, and "p" is a patch version number. For details see ttylog bug # 5, which this closed.
