#2 KDE Default Directories incorrect

During VM Testing, a bug was found where the demo account user settings for environment shortcuts made it's way into the /etc/skel. All effected files have been found and are being removed from the /etc/skel in base-files package. We are also introducing new theme elements and the base-files and desktop-base packages will be pushed to upstream and available in our Nightly repo builds immediately. A maintenance release will follow shortly after testing Nightly builds for more bugs.
