DOS attack

On 6/22/2026, the TTOS Linux Web server suffered a massive DOS attack by a bot that took advantage of the open registration of the gitlab server. Because of this, I will now have to pre-screen all registrations prior to gaining access to source code. Because there were so many registrations and each one made a lot of fake repos storing pharmacy ads in german, the server inode was filled to max 100% over time until the server was offline from full inode. The problem is now fixed. There was no data breach, the data remains secure. To prevent future bot attacks, I will have to disable auto registration and approve.
