Widget Support!

**We now have desktop widget support in TTOS Linux's Revolution UI**

The widgets will be a plugin binary architecture. There is an included template widget in the source and some documentation about them. Users can design their own or modify some of the existing ones I have been working on. The settings UI will have the ability to detect them and add them into the settings control panel. The widget system also supports custom binary or scriptable configuration utilities.

We are nearing an initial beta release for the TTOS Linux 1.3 Detroit release. Please stay tuned for updates!
