The initial release is online!

I choose an alternative release numbering scheme. Instead of starting with 0.something, I use the release date as version number in the form Year.Month. If it is a beta release, I also add the date. So, the initial release bears the version number 07.11b27.

The installer and zip archives are available for download on SourceForge.net and a first project's homepage has been set up on http://ttkb.wcondev.de.
