#7 No hours resetting on Archiving

Like with the removal of the Task descriptions:
It should be switchable via an Option whether the user
likes to have task hours reset to zero or not when doing
an archive step.

As for me I loose all reported hours including the hours
that accumulated on unfinished tasks.
