#6 No Task description remove on Archiving

Task descriptions should not get removed automatically
when doing an archive step.

Why?
The way I use TT I loose descriptions of all the
unfinished tasks that are grouped under a categorie.

So it should be up to the user whether he wants to have
description entries removed or not.

For people who enter only DONE tasks into TT the
current behaviour might be ok, but I for one enter
*all* tasks into
TT as soon as they occur and mark them DONE later.

Thus I'll have to reenter all yet undone tasks when doing
an archive in current version.

My proposal would be that we make this switchable on an
options page, with an entry like following for instace:

[x] remove Task description on archive step

Shoudn't be big deal of a change.

One step further would be removing Tasks from a special
category. But that'll be reported on another request.
