#13 Help files in other languages

After implementing loadable language files for
button/Menu texts and help we need that in other
languages as well.

I can provide a german help text file and button/menu
Text file.

However we should do this maybe after the final v1.1
version is out as GUI and behaviour might still change
a lot...
