#11 Keep formatting of Task description

Looking at an archived task list presented as html file
or xls table the whole taskdecriptin gets strongly
'condensed' thus making it no longer look as formatted as
it was at the time it was typed:
empty lines are removed all space more than two in a
row are
removed.

It should be possible to get a report file with a
formatting of the task description like it was entered
in TT.
