shoutbox.php (stock 2.08 shoutbox) has been fixed to show avatars to users who dont have admin or moderator priveleges. Sorry, my bad. I put the avatar code in the wrong place a long time ago. fixed now

admincp.php was updated to include an RSS feed from sourceforge about updated files for this project. It will show every file that gets uploaded or changed at the very top of your ACP. You dont have to download this if you arent interested in the idea. It was just something I was playing with

URLencrypt.php changed. Something went wrong with the 512. Reverted back to 256. Thats good enough anyways.
