some additional thoughts/info:

The 05/0D pairs seem to appear once for every scene (the
   amount of pairs matches with the amount of scenes per
   video)

05 could be some sort of dictionary. each (variable
   length) entry starts with byte 00 - oddly with some
   exceptions (i mean the first entry in some blocks) -
   also the amount of entries varies.

The amount of entries in 05 does not match in any
   way with the amount of uint32 values in 0D - which
   makes my thoughts useless if they correlate somehow :/
