Started to decode the format of MOVI chunks.

ss-specs.txt already contains all the latest news.

Besides some fields in some general header infos I'm
   still missing any valuable 'timeline' (ie when to
   show which frame).

The first three bytes of an EntryIndex in the master
   index table could be in relation with time, but
   I yet haven't found the scale.

Furthermore the frame decompression/render process has
   the same problems as with VideoMail - frames become
   distorted or half of it is missing.
